Saltmoore is an 85-acre hotel and estate that was acquired in 2023. Planning consent has been secured for 184 x holiday cottages, villas, lodges, and apartments on the estate. Development of the villas and lodges has commenced, and a comprehensive refurbishment of the hotels is planned to start in Q1 2024.
