Tom leads the development function at PLACE and is a Chartered Surveyor with 20 years of Real Estate experience. He joined PLACE in 2023, having previously worked at industry giants - Argent, Quintain, British Land and Cushman & Wakefield. His time at Quintain included delivering 1,400+ homes and PBSA units forming part of the Wembley Park Masterplan - the largest purpose-built BTR development in the UK. In his current role, he brings his extensive experience and skill to bear on the exciting pipeline of developments at PLACE.

Mark is the Investment Director at PLACE and is a Chartered Surveyor. Prior to joining PLACE, Mark spent 5 years in the Capital Markets team at JLL advising developers, operators and investors on funding solutions in the residential and alternative sectors where he arranged in excess of £500m of capital on behalf of clients. Mark graduated in 2016 with an MSc in Real Estate at Henley Business School.

Pav is a Senior Investment & Development Analyst at PLACE. Prior to joining the team in 2021 he worked for private family offices in investment and acquisitions in the student living and commercial sectors in the UK and Canada. Pav graduated with an MSc in Real Estate from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass) in 2021. He is responsible in underwriting all development opportunities in the PLACE pipeline.

Reynold brings over 13 years’ experience across acquisitions, design, and delivery of complex developments. With a background in architecture, he combines creative thinking and technical knowledge to create value from early-stage due diligence and development strategy, through to delivery and occupation. Prior to joining PLACE, Reynold worked at Labsgroup delivering the award-winning mixed-use Hawley Wharf masterplan in Camden Market, and at Dominus leading on front-end developments of large-scale hotel, student and co-living projects.

David is an Investment & Development Analyst at PLACE. Prior to joining the team, he worked for Resolute Asset Management in the City of London, focusing on distressed real estate opportunities. David holds a Postgraduate Degree in Law from The University of Law and a BA (Hons) in Politics from King’s College London.
